Acceptance

By creating an account or using Mind Dock, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Subscriptions & billing

• Pro is a recurring subscription billed through our payment provider.
• You can upgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are handled per the payment provider’s policy and applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app, overload it, or try to reverse-engineer it.
• Do not enter content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Respect the rights of others and third-party services you connect.

AI accuracy

Mind Dock uses AI to sort and summarize your input. AI can make mistakes. Always review generated tasks and reminders before relying on them.

Third-party services

Google Maps, Gmail, Outlook, AI providers, and our payment provider operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or practices.

Limitation of liability

Mind Dock is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
