Mind Dock (“we”, “us”) is an AI-powered personal planner that turns brain dumps, voice notes, and connected inboxes into organized tasks and reminders. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you control it.

Information we collect

• Account: email address and authentication data when you sign up.
• Content you create: tasks, notes, categories, grocery lists, due dates, and locations you add.
• Voice input: audio from brain-dump recordings, transcribed and then discarded.
• Home address: only when you enable leave-on-time alerts, used to estimate travel time.
• Email: when you connect Gmail or Outlook, message metadata and content needed to turn emails into tasks.
• Usage data: device timezone and analytics events that help us improve the app.

How we use it

• To organize your tasks, lists, and reminders.
• To run AI features that sort and summarize your brain dumps.
• To calculate travel time and send leave-on-time notifications.
• To process subscription payments and manage your plan.

Third-party services

• Google Maps Distance Matrix for travel-time estimates.
• Gmail & Outlook via OAuth for inbox integration. We never store your email password.
• Our payment provider handles billing securely; we do not see your full card number.
• AI providers process brain-dump and voice text to generate tasks.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Deleting a task removes it, and deleting your account permanently removes your tasks, lists, categories, and personal settings.

Your rights

• Access, export, or edit your data anytime within the app.
• Delete individual items or your entire account from Settings.
• Disconnect email providers at any time.

Children

Mind Dock is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
